Library

Strict silence shall be observed within the library.
Every student required to show their college ID’s to the library staff.
Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the library.
Students should leave their personal belongings such as bags, personal books, folders etc. in the luggage area.
Discipline must be observed always in the library. Any misbehaviour, misconduct, eating, drinking etc. are not allowed.
No library equipments may be moved, modified or tampered with / without permission from the library.
One book is issued for a week on a library borrow card and one book to each student on his I—card for reading in the library.
Student must handle books and any other material such as periodicals, newspaper, questions papers with great care. Any attempt to damage books or periodicals by defacing or tearing the pages will be treated as misconduct and misconduct and strictly dealt with.
Student should enter their name and correct information in the entry register maintained at reading hall.
On the loss of library book, user shall replace the same with a brand new copy or to pay the amount decided.
A fine of Rs. 2 /- per day will be charged on late return of books issued on library borrow cards.
Students can suggest books, journals, magazines, periodicals for purchase / subscription by the library.
Any disregard of these rules will be reported to Principle for appropriate action.

Every student is expected to read and strictly follow the instructions given on the reserve side of the library borrowing card.
F.Y., S.Y., T.Y. student can borrow one book at a time.
Books are issued for a period of 07 days and in case late return of books, student will have to pay a fine of Rs. 3 /- per day.
While charging fine holidays will be counted.
Students with overdue materials and overdue fines will not be allowed to use the library services.
Students are not allowed to borrow books on behalf of other or other’s borrowing card.
The following materials can only be used within the library.Reference book, Newspaper, Journals and Magazines.

The student should check the book thoroughly for missing pages, chapters, pictures etc. while borrowing the book. If found damaged kindly inform the library staff.
Users will be held responsible for any damage or loss of library materials in their possession and will be liable for fine.
